Whirlwind Week // Red Bull Mini Drome Glasgow

Before I left for my holiday I had one little thing to do and this being Red Bull Mini Drome in Glasgow.  The 2nd of October came around incredibly quick and it seems that summer only started yesterday and is now over.

This event was amazing to put on and with a few challenges along the way we got there and everything was truly awesome.  The large image below shows just how incredible the venue was, stoked with how it all looked is an understatement.

Yeo Valley // Sing in Harmony

Came across this through Twitter and all the post X-Factor hype, the song is Westlife meets Take That but better.

You can check out their Facebook page and take part in the Karoke to be in with a chance to be part of the song with ‘Churned’ during the X-Factor’s Final adverts on December 11th.

Mangos’ Cook Book – The Beginning

Am going to start noting down some of my masterpieces as I have a memory like a sieve plus this taste ridiculously good

Lemon, Sage and Garlic Fused Pork w/ Herby potatoes, roasted tomatoes and Onion

- Salt and pepper the pork
- Warm the oil in the pan, add the sage, and garlic for about 30 seconds then remove
- Add the pork to the pan, lightly cook then add the sage, garlic and lemon
- Then serve

Riverside Museum w/ Danny MacAskill

  This weekend I was down at The Riverside Museum in Glasgow for Riverside Extreme with The Clan and Danny MacAskill.  The Clan had their rig set up for all their riders who did 3 shows over the day with Danny doing one of these and a solo performance, needless to say the crowd love it.  His most recent film Industrial Revolutions  was projected onto the Museum for the strong crowd of about 1500. All in all was a really good day and was really impressed by the event that was put on by Glasgow Life.  Will put some more photos up once I get them back from the photographer.
